A Saudi bound Boeing 747 jumbo jet crash was averted in Sokoto, Nigeria.
The jet which belongs to Kabo Air was said to be having about 400 passengers on board.
The jet had to make an emergency landing at the Sir Abubakar III International Airport when its tyres exploded immediately after take off.
The jet left Kano Friday on its way to Saudi Arabia but diverted to Sokoto when the incident happened. More details soon.
