Back in the 90′s and before that, the halterneck design was the hottest trend. Ladies were more than willing to expose their back and arms but things seem to have changed with the advent of the tube tops and gowns. The cool part about this design is the way it can be made in different ways but still maintain the back and hand exposing concept. The style can be used in both casual and formal wears.
