Sharon Benjamin Hodo who is known as Andre 3000′s Mum by all and sundry was reported dead right on the same day her son was celebrating his Birthday.

A rep for the Outkast Rapper confirmed the development to Billboard.com

Cause of death remains unknown, the rapper hasn’t spoken to the press either.
Andre 3000′s Mum Died On His Birthday and Billboard is reporting that Benjamin- Hodo was found dead in her Atlanta home on Monday May 27, 2013, the same day as Andre’s 38th birthday.
