Chris Brown Upsets Neighbours With Weird Wall Painting

Singer Chris Brown has been hit hard with words for the “scary” painting he did on the wall of his Hollywood Hills home.

Chris Brown upset his neighbours with the murals he did on his walls which left some of his neighbours complaining…

“There are lots of babies, lots of children, and they’re literally frightened,” Hollywood Dell Civic Association president Patti Negri told the paper. “It’s like devils on the wall – big scary eyes and big scary teeth, and just the whole vibe is not what we’re used to.”

L.A. city code officials responded to the neighbors’ complaints by citing Brown for unpermitted and excessive signage, with possible fines starting at $376. They ordered him to remove the painting within 30 days, after which the fines could rise.–is that supposed to be a threat?

Chris Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos, said that Brown planned to fight the city over the murals. “They are trying to suspend the First Amendment,” he said.

Chris Brown Upsetting Neighbours With Weird Wall Painting has left Geragos accusing Brown’s neighbors of harassing the singer. “I’m scared of neighborhood busybodies like this,” he said. “They’ve called animal control. They have sicced parking (enforcement) on him, and now they reached the heights of ridiculousness here. Shame on them.”
