Popular and controversial Nollywood actor, Jim Iyke 15 million naira allegation case was heard last week Tuesday in Abuja.
The police told the court that a criminal case has been established against Jim Iyke for his alleged involvement in the transfer of company’s share worth N15m to himself.
Getting to know about the absence of the company’s manager, who invited the police into the case, Habiba Abubakar in court last Tuesday, the actor sought the dismissal of the case but the Magistrate, Azubike Okeagu denied the prayer.
The case has been adjournment till May 23.
