Meanwhile, it was reported in June that the ‘Aye’ crooner graduated with a degree in Music from Babcock University, Ilisan Remo, Ogun State on Sunday, June 1 with 1, 544 graduating students.
Davido has even allegedly caused an incident during the convocation, while the special guest of honour, the Minister of Finance, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, was delivering her speech. A lot of screaming and shouting among the students with his dramatic entrance were reported, which led the minister to suspending her speech.
And as a result, Davido’s billionaire father, Chief Deji Adeleke, who was also present at the occasion, had to restore peace as he was said to have called out his son saying: “David! David! Leave this place now, and follow me wherever I go”.
