The one-time Big Brother Africa winner Karen Igho has finally opened up on why she had silicon breast implants, saying she once had a lumpectomy.
Igho made this revelation through her publicists, World PR, in reacting to Yvonne Nelson’s critique. The Ghanaian actress had slammed Igho and her “silicon twins” on Twitter, insinuating her breasts are the reason she does not have a boyfriend.
“Karen’s resort to breast implants were as a result of lumps found and removed in her breasts,” Karen’s publicist wrote in response to the Nelson comments after Igho had fired back on Twitter.
Nelson claims she was hacked, disclaiming the series of tweets that attacked Igho and EME singer Skales.
A lumpectomy is a surgical removal of a tumour without removing much of the surrounding tissue or lymph nodes.
