Arsenal Manager Arsene Wenger has revealed that he will wait until later in the season to see if he believes he is the man to take the Gunners forward.
The Frenchman has been with the North Londoners for 17 years and Arsenal are currently top of the league but have gone eight seasons without a trophy.
Wenger said: “It is not a question of my loyalty – I want to feel I can do well for the club.
“I can build another new team, but haven’t got 17 years, that is for sure.”
He added: “At the minute I’m looking at the short term. I will make a decision about the longer term later.”
