A fresh lawsuit has emerged against Sean Kingston and his bodyguard for allegedly gang-raping a drunk teenager in the singer’s hotel room back in 2010. 22-year-old Carissa Capeloto is claiming she was forced to have sex with Sean, his bodyguard and another member of Sean’s band at a Seattle hotel in July, 2010. Capeloto says she had smoked marijuana and downed seven shots of vodka.
Capeloto says she was invited to the Pop singer’s hotel for a quick meet-and-greet but instead meet a naked Sean Kingston waiting for her in bed. All three men according to her went on to gang rape her while she was ‘obviously intoxicated, incapable of consent’.
Capeloto is asking for the sum of $5m.
The case was reported to the Police back then but criminal charges against Kingston were dropped after cops concluded Capeloto wasn’t credible enough for a legit case.
Trial kicks off in November.
