What You Need:
- 1/4 cup of any kind of plain oatmeal
- 1/4 cup of water
- 2 teaspoons of honey
What To Do:
- Blend the oatmeal (you can actually use the oatmeal without blending, the whole idea of blending the oatmeal is simply to make it less messy so you don’t have big blotches all over your face)
- Mix the oatmeal and water together such that it forms a paste
- Add about two spoons of honey to the paste and mix
- Rub the mixture all over your face and leave for about 20 minutes
- After this time, rinse off your face with warm water in a circular motion to further exfoliate your face
