Mercy Aigbe
Organizers of the City People Awards have crowned Mercy Aigbe Gentry the Best Actress in a lead role (Yoruba).
The award was announced at the just concluded City People Awards that held at the Haven event centre, Ikeja, on Sunday, July 14, 2013.
Elated Mercy couldn’t but thank fans and colleagues, who have been her source of strength without forgetting her husband, Lanre Gentry.
Mercy won the award over other colleagues, Bimbo Thomas, Dayo Amusa, Big Val and Tayo Sobola,who were nominated in the same category.
