A mild drama reportedly ensued yesterday inside the eating room of Eko Hotel, Victoria Island , Lagos when Friday Koja, one of the aides of Nigerian international football star, Osaze Odemwingwe slapped self styled media ‘guru’ behind actor, Jim Iyke.
The incident which happened around 3:15 was a fall out of a supposed earlier agreement that Udofia should bring some journalists earlier in the day to interview the football star which Udofia failed to meet or was late for.
When Udofia later met Friday to help out with the appointment, he shouted angrily and said “That is Osaze, go and meet him. Don’t ever come near me again” and in a blink, he landed a slap on Udofia’s face.
Meanwhile, Osaze was bitter with the barbaric conduct of his aide and later apologised to the journalist, saying there was no concrete appointment.
Efforts to reach Osaze to comment on this has proved abortive.
