Nollywood actor, Alex Ekubo has taken to social media to let his fans and loved ones know that he is by no way interested in extorting money from them. Of recent, a lot of shady people have opened fake accounts in his name in other to defraud innocent people. He pleaded with the so called impersonators to stop and gave out his original social media accounts. See what he said;
It has been brought to my notice that a person/s have Created fake Profiles with my Name on Facebook,Using this medium to extort people.
Its very sad & heartbreaking to think that someone would sit & think of de frauding others while tarnishing my image in the process.
Its also mind boggling that someone in this awake of internet fraud & Scam,would willingly transfer funds or items w/o verification.
