The Berlusconi family, owners of AC Milan, is reportedly in conversations with former Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola, according to reports in Italian newspapers La Gazzetta dello Sport and La Reppublica.
Italian prime minister and Milan owner Silvio Berlusconi and his daughter, Barbara, have sent team vice president Adriano Galliani to New York to meet with Guardiola this weekend, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
Coach Massimiliano Allegri’s team has earned seven points from its first seven games and is 12 points below Serie A leaders Juventus and Napoli. Inter Milan defeated AC Milan 1-0 in their derby last Sunday.
Guardiola has also been contacted by Tottenham and Bayern agents, according to the newspaper.
